A connected service is any external platform, API provider, or application you link to sinelgpoint-ubsark for key management. This includes services like AWS, Stripe, GitHub, Twilio, OpenAI, and any custom API endpoint you register. Each unique integration — identified by its base domain or service identifier — counts as one connected service toward your plan's limit. Read-only audit connections also count toward your total.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. You'll be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — your current plan's features remain active until then. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans. You can manage this directly from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing.

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all Pro-tier features: unlimited key rotations, advanced audit logs, team collaboration, and priority Slack support. At the end of the trial, you're automatically moved to the Free plan unless you add a payment method and activate Pro. We'll send you reminders at day 10 and day 13 so you're never surprised.

Team plans are billed per seat, per month (or per year if you choose annual billing, which saves 20{b4c34a5720254aab82ecb175ffd83b5e4494b246ba354ad4133c266c1b316b86}). The account owner is charged for all active seats. You can add or remove team members at any time — added seats are billed pro-rata for the current cycle, and removed seats are credited toward the next cycle. We do not charge for invited members who have not yet accepted their invitation. All invoices are available in your billing dashboard and can be sent automatically to a finance email address.

Your data remains fully accessible for 30 days after cancellation — giving you time to export audit logs, key metadata, rotation history, and service configurations via our export tools. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers in compliance with our data retention policy. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. If you reactivate within the 30-day window, your account and data are restored exactly as you left them.

Yes, absolutely. The Free plan has no time limit and requires no credit card. It supports up to 3 connected services, 1 user seat, and basic audit logging with a 30-day history. We will never automatically charge you or move you to a paid plan without your explicit consent. The Free plan is designed for individual developers and small personal projects. If your needs grow, you can choose to upgrade — but there's no pressure and no hidden expiration.
