sinelgpoint-ubsark provides a SaaS platform for auditing, rotating, and securing API keys. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Features and functionality may be updated without prior notification.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or breach.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
All content, technology, trademarks, and software comprising sinelgpoint-ubsark are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
You may not use sinelgpoint-ubsark to engage in unlawful activity, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access to systems, scrape or extract data in violation of these terms, or resell the service without prior written consent. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination.
You retain ownership of any API key data and credentials you upload to the platform. By using the service, you grant us permission to process that data solely to provide and improve the service. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls, but you are responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices on your end.
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sinelgpoint-ubsark and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and you must cease all use immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
